Delivery times

Products IN STOCK are shipped within 5 working days from receipt of payment.

The average delivery time for each product is indicated in the product page.

Special customer requests, such as delivery at specific times or on specific days, are not compatible with standard delivery times.

Goods purchased through the website are delivered on a pallet at ground floor level, at the entrance.

Any discrepancies with the delivery document or damaged packaging must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery, and a specific note must be written on the delivery slip. From the moment you receive the goods, you are responsible for them and for any decrease in value due to handling.

Important Information

When placing an order, always provide a phone number and a delivery address where you are sure the courier can deliver during standard working hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

If you require a phone call before delivery or delivery at specific times, please indicate it in the notes section.

Always check the order upon delivery.

Always accept the delivery with the clause “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION OF INSPECTION”.

When the courier delivers, always check that the packaging is intact and carefully inspect each package together with the driver to ensure there has been no tampering, such as removed or replaced adhesive tape, or any damage, dents or breakages that may have affected the contents.

Any issues related to delivery must be reported strictly in writing by email to info@metalfurniture.it within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
