The offer and sale of products on the website are governed by the following “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” between the purchaser, who provides their personal data, and Fifty srl, owner and operator of the website. Products purchased on www.metalfurniture.it are sold directly by Fifty srl, owner and operator of the e-commerce site. Fifty srl has its registered office in San Marco 5728, Venice Italy and is registered with the Venice Companies Register under number 03887230278 VAT number 03887230278 REA ve 346881.
Payments must be made in advance. The purchaser expressly accepts that only after receipt of payment and verification of the accuracy of all order data will Fifty srl consider the contract final and binding between the parties.

Delivery times indicate our usual standards and are not to be considered binding for Fifty srl.
Items with non standard weight or dimensions may have delivery times that vary depending on the product.
The customer acknowledges and accepts that goods are delivered at ground floor level at the entrance gate or door. Any discrepancies with the delivery document or damaged packaging must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery slip. All deliveries must be accepted with the clause ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION OF INSPECTION.
Fifty srl does not accept claims without such reservation. All claims must be submitted in writing by email to info@metalfurniture.it within 24 hours of delivery. No claims for discrepancies or damage will be accepted without reservation. Fifty srl uses couriers that guarantee only one re delivery attempt if the customer is not present at the indicated address. The customer expressly accepts that any storage costs after the second delivery attempt will be borne by the customer, including any additional delivery costs.
Damaged or defective items: upon receipt, the customer must verify within 24 hours that the goods correspond to the order and are free from damage or defects. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours by email to info@metalfurniture.it including photos of the damaged item and or a detailed description of the defect.
From the moment the goods are received, the customer is responsible for them and for any reduction in value due to handling.
